The complete production line integrates forming, welding, surface finishing, sizing and cutting processes to provide an efficient solution for Customized Embossed & Special-Shapedsteel tube production.

01. Uncoiler

The uncoiler feeds the steel strip continuously into the forming section, preparing the material for the tube forming and laser welding process.

02. Forming Section & Vertical Linkage Adjuster

The forming section is designed with thicker horizontal and vertical stands, creating a stronger machine structure for stable forming operation.

Needle bearings are installed on the operating-side horizontal stands to improve equipment accuracy and provide stable performance.

 

The forming section uses a vertical linkage adjustment system.

Both sides of the shaft can be controlled to move up and down simultaneously, making roll adjustment more convenient and helping simplify forming setup.

03. Laser Welding System

The laser welding section is the key configuration of square and rectangular tube mill.

The laser welding system provides:

• High welding precision
• Cleaner weld seams
• Faster welding

• Lower welding cost through electric welding

These characteristics make laser welding suitable for high-efficiency production of small-size square and rectangular tubes.

04. Full Automatic Grinding Section

The square and rectangular tube mill is equipped with four fully automatic enclosed grinding heads.

The enclosed grinding design helps keep the machine cleaner, while servo motors provide efficient grinding power. The system is easy to adjust and helps reduce manual work and production time.

The four grinding heads also help achieve a smoother finished weld seam.

05. Sizing Section 

After laser welding and weld seam grinding, the tube passes through the sizing section to achieve the required finished tube profile.

For square and rectangular tube production, the sizing process is particularly important for controlling the final tube shape.

06. Metal Cutting Machine

The cutting section cuts the formed tube into the required finished lengths before the products are transferred to the run-out table.

07. Run-Out Table

The finished square, rectangular or round tubes are collected on the run-out table after cutting, ready for inspection, bundling and subsequent processing.
