(1) Do you have after sales support?

Yes, we are happy to give advice and can have skilled technicians to solve the machines’ problem. We also have office in India. We need your machines running in order to keep your business running,

(2) How to visit your company?

Our location in Muyuan Ind’l Area, Boai Rd., Shishan Township, Nanhai Dist., Foshan City, Guangdong, China.

You can fly to Guangzhou airport, you take the subway(metro) from Guangzhou airport to Foshan city (1.5 hour), and then we can pick up you from subway station. Or we can pick up you from Guangzhou airport.

(3) What can you do if the machine broken?

One year quality guarantee, life guarantee repair. Within quality guarantee period, expect for failures caused by human error, repair parts will be provide for free. After the quality guarantee period, only charge the cost of the spare parts.

(4) Can you be responsible for transport?

Yes,please tell me the destination port or address.we have rich experience in transport.

(5) You are trade company or factory?

We are factory, a professional manufacturer. But we have rich experience in export machinery equipment.

(6) Why your price is higher than others?

As we persist on that each factory should put quality at the first place. We spend time and money on developing How to make machines much more automatic, accurate and high quality. We can make sure that our machine could use more than 15 years.

(7) How long the machine could be made?

After all, this is a large mechanical equipment,usually we need 1~3 months to production. If you urgent need the machines, We try our best to shorten the delivery time.
