1. Raw material preparation

2. Loading

3. Forming
Slitting: Slit the stainless steel coil into the width required for the pipe diameter.
Forming: The slit strip is fed into the forming machine, where it is formed into a tube shape by a series of rollers.
4. Welding
Titan arc welding: Uses high-frequency electric current to heat and fuse the edges of the formed pipe to form a strong seamless weld.

5. Internal leveling (optional)

8. Cutting

9. End Finishing
Deburring: The ends of the cut pipe are deburred to remove any sharp edges or burrs.
Beveling (optional): Depending on the application, the pipe ends can be beveled.
9. Surface Treatment
Pickling and Passivation (optional): The pipe is pickled to remove any surface oxides and impurities, then passivated to improve corrosion resistance.
Polishing: The pipe can be polished to achieve the desired surface finish, from a dull surface to a mirror appearance.
10. Packaging and Shipping
Packaging: Finished pipes are bundled and wrapped with protective materials to prevent damage during transportation.
