Production Process:

Decoiler -- Forming -- Welding -- Grinding -- Sizing & Straightening --  Cutter -- Unloading

Forming Section: this galvanized steel pipe making machine uses Normal Horizontal Stand, it takes 2 and a half hours to change the mold time.

Welding Section: this galvanized steel pipe making machine uses Ulstrasonic Single TIG. In this part we will weld the pipe.

Zinc Spraying Machine : online zinc supplementaion

Sizing & Straightening Section : this part can make the pipe more roundness.

Turkey Head : can make the round pipe to square pipe, round pipe to rectangle pipe.

Cutting Section: this galvanized steel pipe making machine uses Friction Cutter, friction cutter price is low,but it will have some burr in the end of pipe.
